Creating multiple standard monsters quickly

I am trying to create a portfolio with all of the monsters from the monster manual, with the name simply being the race, not changing any stats or info, and attach a picture to each (I already have all of the images) Is there a fast way of doing this? Or is there a portfolio out there with this already that I can download?

There are several on your PC already, they are called stock files because they end in .stock rather than .por.

If you are in HL and tell it to open a portfolio, look for the .stock files. These are located in a default install on Windows in: C:\ProgramData\Hero Lab\data\5e

You can make copies of them and add pictures to your copy.

There will be several since they are broken up to be more manageable.

The SRD monsters will have SRD in the filename somewhere and the Community files will start with COM_5ePack.

No way to do it quickly, just slow manual work.

That saves me having to add each to a portfolio one at a time, and having to type the name of each, so that is a huge help. Thank you. Does SRD include all of the monster manual monsters?

No the srd contains just the srd monsters. In our signatures though you will fond a link to the community pack. That you will want.

I have already installed that, and plan on adding all of them to my library as well. I am importing all of them into maptool. I have just never been clear what is included with the SRD

It contains everything that's in this:
