What doe it mean when a spell ( added via advancement ) is in blue text instead of white? Does that mena the spell is still being learned and is not available yet?

That just means it was added through a table other than this one, and you'll need to delete it from the table it was added on, not here - same reason the karma cost is listed as 0, and the delete button is missing.
