Possible to "drop" an item?
 

I have an extra set of Healer's tools that I give away at a table that I'm playing at. However, it weights 1 Bulk and can end up over-encumbering the character. Is there any way to "drop" it from my encumbrance?

If you move an item to "Elsewhere" (or add a custom location) it will not count against a character's encumbrance.
