(Strength Bonus) Strike - Usage

I'm hoping someone could clarify the use of this power within Hero Lab. Is this the power you purchase when purchasing Strike with the Mighty Power Feat?

No. In Ultimate Power it was stated that you can add the Strike/Damage Power feats, Extras, Flaws and/or Drawbacks to your basic strength, this is the scope of this power.
