The account/sales server maintenance I mentioned yesterday will begin at 2:00 PM Pacific time today. The maintenance is expected to be completed within half an hour.

We are aware Hero Lab Online is experiencing unscheduled downtime and apologize for any inconvenience this might be causing. Our devs are working on it.

I'll make an announcement here the very moment we're back online.

We are back online.

We're planning a Hero Lab Online update Thursday morning (04/26/2018) at around 10am Pacific time. This update will remove the "Early Access" status from NPC functionality. There will be a small amount of downtime for database maintenance as part of this release, but we're hoping it will be around 15 minutes.

As usual, after the update is live, you will need to refresh your browser to get the latest update.

Sales and Realm Works should be unaffected.

We are planning to take the account/sales server down briefly for maintenance later today (the exact time is TBD - this will be posted here later today). The maintenance is expected to be completed within 15 minutes. During a portion of this time, logging in to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable, but your service will not be affected if you are already logged in.

The maintenance I mentioned in my previous post will begin in a few minutes, at 5:50 pm Pacific Time. We expect to have everything back up by 6 or 6:05 pm.

The previously mentioned maintenance went as expected, however we may need to restart the account/sales server at some point TBD this evening in order to finish up the last bit of this maintenance. New logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online may be unavailable for a minute or two when this happens. We'll keep you posted.

We're planning a combined release of Hero Lab Online and our account/sales server tomorrow morning at around 11am Pacific time. This update will add support for the new Pact Worlds package in Starfinder. Unlike some past releases, we're expecting a fair amount of downtime, but we expect it to last no more than 1 hour.

Because the account server is involved, new logins to Realm Works will also be unavailable during this time, as well as sales for both Realm Works and Hero Lab Online. Once things are back up, the Pact Worlds package itself will appear in the store for purchase shortly thereafter.
