My head! :p Gee thanks Duggan for bringing back the memories of the old back & forth "discussions" about how the rules in 2nd Edition specified that there is always a minimum cost of 1 power point no matter what price reducer or combination of reducers you stick onto a power/trait/ability. For the record, I was on the " follow the written rules" side of the "discussions."
So yes, there is that requirement in 2nd Edition rules & in the 2nd Edition version of M&M for Hero Lab but I have done nothing with the 3rd Edition of M&M so,....perhaps the authors gave in to the " I want things for free" crowd and removed that rule?
