Cleric Issue
 

Under the Pathfinder rules, Clerics gain proficiency with their deity's favored weapon. Currently, while there is a way to type your deity in, there's no way to add the proficiency.

You can add it in the tab that says adjust.

Known issue, I just haven't gotten to it. Cthulhu, thanks for pointing out the workaround.
