Army Builder, in particular, moved away from a model where you must buy recurring licenses. There is no mention of a change like this for Card Vault; does a purchase still only allow updates for two years as stated on the product page?

The licensing model changed for Card Vault as well! You can learn more on our licensing page, but all customers with active Card Vault licenses as of August 1st, 2013, no longer require yearly extensions to access program and data file updates for Card Vault. I hope that helps clarify things!
