Experience points fast development tab?

my Dm has us on fast xp advancement and currently my my hero lab is set at medium advancement. Where is the adjustment for this?

It is in the Configure Hero,

The Character menu, at he bottom is Configure Hero. Then there are a bunch of things to select to the right.
