Permanent powers Bug
 
Just noticed when you place the Permanent flaw on a power like shrinking and growing you no longer get the bonuses that that power gives. Like increased strength for growth.

BTW looks good other than that.

Thanks! I've fixed this bug, so it should be working for the official
release. :)
