how to apply pp discounts when taking a way?
 

I can't seem to figure out how to take apply the pp discounts when taking a Way.
Anyone?

They're applied automatically to the powers that will save you the most PP.

huh i didnt notice any change to my pp.
let me double check.

just deleted and readded Speaker's Way, no discounts were applied for Cool Resolve or Voice Control.

Deleted Cool Resolve and took it again AFTER I took Speaker's Way.
Still did not apply discount.

So it's not working for some reason.

I added a PP via the Permanent Adustments but really wanted to add 0.75 pp.

I just tested the following:

I added Adept to a blank character - he's got Magic 4.

I added the Cool Resolve power - it's currently costing 1pp.

Then I added Speaker's Way. Now, Cool resolve costs 0.5pp.

weird that it's not working for my character
ill try to reproduce your vanilla setup and report back
