Combined Arms Detachment help

If I have a a valid CAD shouldn't objective secured show up as a special rule under my troops? Additionally if I followed all the requirements for a death Guard detachment shouldn't relentless also show up under special rules per the the traitor legions supplement? Am I missin an option somewhere. I should get VoTLW for free.
