Anyone create a Fimilar?

So I am not understand how to do this with in the tool. It seems simple enough in the core book. Do I select perm overrides or something to set AC and skills?

Familiars aren't working properly yet. I'd submit a bug report, and use permanent overrides for now until they fix it.
