hover pop-up notes

Is there anywhere in the settings to disable the hover pop-up notes? I am visually impaired and use magnifying software. So when I hover my mouse over anything that has a descriptive pop-up note (which is pretty much everything) the note takes up my entire screen. I know the program well and do not need the descriptive pop-up notes so would like the ability to turn them off.

Sorry, I do not believe there is an option anywhere to turn off MouseInfo, but I can note it down for future consideration.
