Why are the other list not available??

Why are the Eshin list and Nurglitch list not available for choice under the skaven in this version of Army Builder? In fact , none of the alternate list are available that I can see. If I am not looking in the right place then would someone please point me in the right direction.

When selecting a Skaven army, click on the clipboard icon to change the ruleset you are using. Those lists are available there. Also, note that there is a forum specifically for WH fantasy, if you have any more questions, they'll be easier to find there.
