Bug Report: Summon Creature

When selecting the summon creatures for each level - once you have sleected all 4 an error displays saying too many level 5 creatures have selected even though all creatures slected are of an appropriate level,

Does this only happen with Summon Creature 5?

Submitted. It actually happens with Summon Creature 1 and 2 - have not tried higher levels
