Making a Template like Drakes
 

I've got a template that I need to enter that works like the Drakes. I'm wondering how to do it.

In what ways is it similar? In what ways is it different? What point are you stuck at - have you been able to create the template in the editor? Or is your problem somewhere after that point?

Like drakes you pay an initial cost for an initial benefit, then buy their abilities for extra Karma, but only from a limited list.

And I'm not sure where to start.

In the editor, the drake templates are in the Race grouping, Racial Mods table. Their additional abilities to buy are also in that table.

The first option on that is "Allowed For?" You'll create a new group for that for your base templates, and then create a second group for your additional abilities. Further down is "Racial Mods Allowed" - the base templates allow the group of additional abilities.
