Feats

Is there a way to have a feat automatically add a certain number to a stat? Such as a certain feat adding +5 to Initiative once it's taken?

Sure. There is an adjustment for that. I recommend copying the adjustment and looking at it's eval script. Copy and modify that eval script for your feat.
