Which file are the domain terms in editor located?

I created a custom hindrance in the editor and when adding a domain term, I created a new tag. Where are these domain tags located if I want to delete them?

The other issue I have is after creating the new domain tag and use it, the label that shows up in the character sheet is something else. I.E. - I create a domain tag called "Item". When I pick the hindrance, the label on the character form shows "Dependent" (an existing domain tag). Not sure what's going on there.

Thanks,

The domain term tag should be stored on the item itself.

I've seen that weird name thing go on too. When that happens, do a ctrl-R to completely reload your dataset and you should see the correct domain term.

Thanks for the tip, TCArknight. When do you press ctrl-R? I tried it in both the editor and main application but it doesn't seem to do anything. I did close down the app and restart it again and that seemed to fix it.

For the domain term tag, I do see it in my .user file but if I load a different .user file I'm still able to pick this new domain term there. Is it being copied into the core.hlz or data.hlz files? Those are the only other 2 files I see updated.

Also what happens when you forget to pick a source for your custom changes? Where do those domains get stored?

Thanks.

Welcome. :)

It would be in the main application, but you have to have the Enable File Debugging option under the Develop menu enabled.

They will still be under the entry in the file you've saved, they just will appear by default instead of a specific source setting. That help? :)

Yes, that definitely helps. Thanks again.
