Setting Item Level for Spell Gems
 

To be clear upfront I think I am just being really dense, but I cannot for the life of me add spells to Spell Gems. A player in my group has a Spell Gem with Mystic Cure 2. This is a 450 credit, level 5 item.

When I go to add the Spell Gem under Magic Gear on the Equipment tab I do not see an option for setting the item level. Once purchased I try to add Mystic Cure to it, but get an error saying I have to set the item level of the Spell Gem when purchasing it.

Can anyone help? Is this a bug or am I really this thick? Thanks!

It should be showing a "Spell level" input box for the spells that have variable levels like Mystic Cure. It looks like we have a bug there that might be a side effect of some other work we've done for genericizing those parameters (for future game systems like Pathfinder, etc). I'll add fixing that to our to-do list.

i cannot select/increase level of spell (greyed out) in order to add to gem. also would the cost be shown once level of spell is selected?
