Army Builder 3.0 latest patches and updates are current.
Select legendary Chapter, Imperial Fists, and add the Special Character roster option. Choose captain Lysander and add a Terminator Command squad. The cost of the Sergent is 46pts instead of 40 because he has tank hunter and furious charge applied to him. You cannot turn off these skills using the radio buttons. This only occurs for Lysanders command squad.
