4e character details do not agree with PHB
Disclaimer: I am a brand new to 4e and using the official PHB1 and PHB2.
I created a Templar (which I am told is the original cleric??), but many of the stats in HL don't agree with the books. E.g.: book says HP = 12+con, so I should have 14, but HL gives me 15 book says Cleric gets 7+con healing surges, but HL gives me 3 !! I'm suspecting that the Templar is NOT the Cleric, but that's what someone in these forums said, and my DDI data files do not have Cleric, Rogue, Fighter or Wizard in them. On a similar note, HL doesn't seem to output any of the class powers onto the character sheet, e.g. Channel Divinity, Healer's Lore, etc. Or indeed the racial abilities, e.g. Bloodhunt or Fire Resistance for a Tiefling. Am I missing an option to do that, else that's a real shame if HL isn't going to output all the information. Thanks! |
As a better indicator of the problem, if I create a brand new 4e character and click down the class list... every single class in the list has:
HP: 1+ con Surges: 1 + con No way can that be right. A Fighter with 1+con HP? :) So the question is why is my 4e data set completely useless, when it is clearly working for everyone else in here? The DDI importer said it completed successfully and I restarted HeroLab. Thanks! |
Did you have a subscription when you did the import?
when I make a Templar mine gets the proper surges and HP |
