A way to copy sections in existing categories

Hi! I'm trying to modify the categories to fit my Fate games. I'm creating a new section in categories called Fate Fractals as you can see in my screenshot, but i'm having problems in order to copy this section into others categories. I can see there is a "duplicate category" method, but I think I need something like "duplicate section in other category".

Am I mad? Is there any way I can accomplish that?
