Cost of a potency rune

So I tried to put a potency rune on a dagger. This cost the character 1400 silver (instead of the 350 (35 gp) silver cost in the book)

Why is this costing so much to do? that is four times the cost of the rune!!!

Ok... figured it out. It was putting the darn thing on all the weapons in the stack.
