Resolution change error?

I'm not sure if this has been brought up before but, it seems every time I add a picture to an entry RW "un-maximizes" in its window then the window changes resolution so the font is very small. All the entry boxes are cut off on the bottom. I will post a screenshot next time it occurs.

Are you talking about adding a picture (simple) snippet?

I was trying to reproduce what you describe and I am not seeing this, but I'm not exactly sure how you are adding a picture and what you mean by "entry".

Here is what it looks like normally:

This is what happens after i add a photo for a portrait:

And this is what it looks like after i re-maximize it:

The only way to fix it is to close and reopen RW. Understand now?

If you haven't already, make sure you file a bug report.

I'm not able to duplicate this in simple tests in Windows 7 or Windows 10. Obviously, though, I don't have your DB or graphic file; I also don't have a screen at that size and may not have the same video drivers.

Hopefully between you and the LWD folks you can figure out what's going on!

I did that this morning. I'll let you know what comes of it.

Yep. Still wasn't able to reproduce. If LWD determines what is causing this issue for you, I'd be interested in knowing what it was. Just in case I do run into it in the future.

Some combination of Windows 10 and Display Scaling, perhaps?

How big is the graphic file? Just wondering if it's under the recommended maximum size and if not, might that be part of the problem.

It doesn't seem to matter. It does it every time.

Just an update. I've never gotten an email from support from Friday the 4th. Actually, I haven't heard from anyone. I hope its because it was a holiday weekend in the USA.
