Hero Lab hanging up when I try to create a new item

Hi,

I am hoping this is an easy fix. I am trying to create a new item using the editor. However whenever I try to Test Thing I get this error.

Hero Lab was forced to stop compilation after the following errors were detected:

Thing 'rDrStBSt' - Undefined tag 'Custom.sggCone' referenced in auto tag
Thing 'rDrStUm' - Undefined tag 'Custom.sggLine' referenced in auto tag

I have now deleted all my user files, but have no idea how to clean this out.

Thanks for any help.

Looking forward to Pathfinder 2.0 in Herolab.

Take care.

Regards,

Larry

Were rDrStBSt and the other one things you created? If not, do you know where they're from? I searched our code, and they're not official things.

If they're things you created, it means that you're trying to bootstrap tags that don't exist, because you you didn't actually define the tags before trying to use them.

If they're from add-ons you've installed, then you've got an error in those, and the first step is probably to make sure that you've got the most recent version of whatever you're trying to use.

I have tried deleting all of my user files in there. Could it be somewhere else. My other alternative is just uninstall and reinstall if you think that would work best.

Thanks for your help.

Larry

After you removed all the .user files did you restart HL? Those errors are coming from a .user file so are you 100% sure you removed them all?

Still showing up. I will take a look again and make sure, but I generally make sure my user files have a prefix I can identify real quick. I may be wrong though.

I will let you know after another run through. Thank you for your help.

I think I found it in another user file. It seems to be gone now. Thank you for your help.
