Necron c'tan cryptek combo
 

I was wonder how to use the shield of baal :exterminates in army builder. Using 2 crytek and a c'tan to make it toughness 9 with relics? Also using the Canoptek harvest data slate. Do the wraith get all the special rules and do they get them beyond 12 inches.
