Hello
There is some flaws with the optionnal Proficiency Feats
- Exotic Weapon Proficiency : you can only choose an equipment purchased, not a device for exemple, if you have no equipment and no device, the choice is "nothing to select"
- Vehicle & Aircraft Vehicle operation : you can choose several ranks but you cannot describe which proficiency you have.

Hmm, I had assumed you were always proficient with powers and your own
devices. Is this not the case?

Oops, that's a bug. Thanks - I'll get this fixed!

In fact, I am not sure so I think it should be verified with Steve Kenson perhaps ?

Yep, I'll send this into GR and see what they have to say. :)

Got an answer back - according to Steve, you are always assumed to be
proficient with your own powers and devices. So Hero Lab is behaving
correctly with this.
