2.3 Bug - Alternate Form - Not Major Just Irritating :D

Just a small bug I notices. Nothing major, just irritating is all. When using Impervious Toughness in an Alternate Form Power: when the Alternate Form is deselected, Impervious Toughness is still being calculated and is throwing up a warning.
