Hello,

I have Hero Lab on my desktop computer and I have a secondary license on my laptop. After I installed the update the installation on my laptop reverted to demo mode. I tried to reactivate the license and got the error that a license can only be reactivated every 120 days. I know I used the right license number because it still showed up in the form for the reactivation along with my email address. I'm not sure what to try from here. I was hoping to use v2.0 this weekend while running a game.

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hi there,

Normally I'd ask you to email support@wolflair.com to resolve license
issues like this, but since you want to use it this weekend... please
email me at colen@wolflair.com with your license number today and I'll
see what I can do.

Thanks,

If I let my license to HL lapse after the two year cut-off period, and then need to reinstall it due to computer upgrades or what-have-you, will my copy of HL revert back to being a demo copy? Without any access to the updates I got after my year subscription to the core program?

Your license should still be active - Hero Lab licenses don't require
renewal. So there should be no 'two year cut-off period' for your license.

Hope this helps,
