Independent Character wargear options

Pardon if this is a repeat as I am relatively new to Army Builder. I had a question about the Wargear options for the Independent Characters. I have tried this with the Master of Sanctity, Company Master, and Epistolary. When I select any of those characters as an HQ choice I have under the 2 handed weapons a bolt gun and storm bolter in addition to the combi-weapons. If I select terminator armor, both the bolt gun and the storm bolter disappear. I was under the impression that the storm bolter should remain as an option for terminator armor. Any information would be appreciated.
 
The site for the 40K files is www.ab40K.org (in AB, it's accessible from help - Visit Data File Author's Website). What you've reported is currently listed as a bug there, and is supposed to be fixed in the next release.
