Total # of characters allowed

For 2250 point O/G list, too many total characters are allowed. 4 heroes max, one lord max but not both. I am able to load an orc warboss/great shaman and 4 orc big bosses into the list without an error message. As well, a black orc warboss can be paired with three big bosses without incident.

This also seems to apply to the dwarf list as well.

the 3 big bosses + 1 black orc warboss is fine, since there are only 4 characters total. but you are right about the other things, i will fix them, thkx
