I have just dowloaded the new version of Army Builder ver 3.1. I am trying to enter my Dark Angels into the rosters. I am unable to figure out how to add my Librarian and Interrogator-Chaplain. Any ideas?

The Dark Angels do not use the profies in the DA codex anymore. You need to read the v4.1 FAQ:
