Is there any way to add something to the lists in Realmworks?

By this, i don't mean the normal stuff.

What i mean is the lists in there like Mental or Social Traits for NPC's, Religious Organization for a group, or whatever. Anything where you have a list on one side and you add something to the other side. Or the idea that a Deity can be more than one alignment.
