Cult Of Slaanesh Chaos Warriors

Hello!

When using Cult of Slaanesh Dark Elves list and choosing Chaos Warriors, they have 'standard' heavy armor with a 5 save and not Chaos armor with a 4 save.

How about buying and reading the book first?

They don't have it because they're not Chosen and cannot be upgraded as such. A standard Chaos Warrior only has heavy armour.
