SoC: Archaeon's Horde Bugs:

The Aspiring Champion, Chaos Lord, Chaos Sorcerer, Exalted Champion, or Exalted Sorcerer don't have the option to be the army general. So it gives you the "Army needs one General" error.

As per the text on them, 25 or more Chaos Marauders gets you a free Standard, Musician, and Champion. Unfortunately, even with 25 Marauders it charges you for the Champion since he's named "Chieftan" in the Unit Options.

Beasts of Chaos bugs:

Choosing the Mark of Khorne for the Bestigors or the Minotaurs does not give the extra attack (from frenzy) to the Gouge-Horn (Bestigor champion) or Bloodkine (Minotaur champion). It adds it fine to the normal models.

Also, in the previous version of AB when you picked a Mark for any of the Bestigors it would change their name correctly to their new type instead of just adding of [insert chaos god here]. Normally, Bestigors that take the Mark of Khorne would be called Khorngors, but are called Bestigor of Khorne in this version. It's a nitpick, but when the models from GW are even called "Khorngors" it's a valid one.

SoC: Daemonic Legion:

The Daemonic Herald currently has the General option. A Daemonic Herald cannot be the army General ever.
----------
Also, the Daemonic Legion has the concept and special rules of "True Core" units. Bloodletters, Daemonettes, Horrors, and Plaguebearers are true core units. Each unit of these that you field in your army allows you to field one other (non-true) Core unit, one Special Unit, and one Rare unit of the same Chaos god.

So adding a unit of Bloodletters would let you add a unit of Flesh Hounds, Bloodcrushers, and a Chariot of Khorne.

The unit costs don't change, and the maximums/minimums in the army don't change, but you can't add units beyond what the True Core units allow. This basically means that you have to field two units of that chaos god's True Core units to meet the minimum 3 core units needed for a 2k army. Since only having one would only allow you to add one non-true core unit and you'd still be down 1 Core unit for your army to be valid.
----------
Chaos Furies also have special rules for how many you can add. They are a 0-1+ unit. You can add one for each character with the Mark of Chaos Undivided in your army. So two characters with the MoCU allows for two Chaos Furies to be purchased.
----------
Currently both of the previous two rules are ignored in the current version of the rules.

Archaon's Horde:

Making Chaos Knights of Chaos Warriors Chosen converts them from core units to special units in AB. I may be blind, but I don't see this rule listed anywhere in the books.

In the Archaon's Horde List (SoC book) Chosen Knights and Warriors are a special choice...In fact the only other special choice are the Flayerkin...

It has Nurglings as 0-1 in Storm of Chaos Demon Legion, when they should only be affected by true core.
