Multiple Campaign Settings = 1 Realm?

Hi all random question. I have about half dozen Campaign Settings in pdf format. The amount I'm mentioning is the ones that are fleshed out enough to actually be run. My question is should I create new realms for each campaign, or just one realm for all of them. This wouldn't include the mechanics, except for the specific ones related to that campaign.
 
I'd separate them so they can be updated separately and brought into campaigns as needed. Build in layers.
