Custom Background Special Abilities Question

Hello everyone, first of I'd like to say I'm very impressed with this program.

With the only background set within the SRD the Acolyte has a background special ability. I'm trying to add other backgrounds and their specials but I'm not seeing where this special ability goes. I attempted to follow the background examples provided for Solider and Sage but I'm unsure where some of these are being put other then just pasting the text into the document instead of using the Hero Lab Editor.

Any help or direction is much appreciated.

I believe the community pack has all the backgrounds from the players handbook, and you can find all the details here (http://forums.wolflair.com/showthread.php?t=55090). Hope that helps :)

Create the background special ability on the Ability sub-tab of the General tab, then you can use it in the Background tab. So, for instance, create the Military Rank Soldier feature on the Ability tab, save it, test it, then you should see it when you go back to the add it on the background tab.

Personality Trait, Flaw, Bond, and Ideal have their own subtabs on the Background tab.

The other table that each Background has is built on the Background Custom Ability sub-tab
