Hot Key Keystrokes

Now that I am attempting to make heavy use of RW, I find myself wanting to hot key my way around, but unfortunately I don't know the keystrokes for most of the hot keys. Usually I just look in the menu for those things and I can figure it out. Is there any way that this can be added to the feature requests (non-critical). In the meantime, is there a list of them I'm not wise to?

And by the way, I am not a spy. Or am I?
