how closely does the CoC data file resemble BRP? i've played CoC, but not pure BRP so i don't know the differences between the two. i've only heard that CoC was based from BRP. thanx

CoC is basically a more limited version of BRP, since BRP can handle periods outside of the 20th century, and has vastly expanded rules for magic/sorcery/superhuman powers etc.
However 95% of the mechanics are the same, so I really think Lone Wolf should try expanding the CoC stuff to be fully BRP compatible. I know I'd love it, I only run BRP games these days.

Let Chaosium know, too. LWD can do nothing without an agreement from Chaosium. Gotta get both sides talking.
