Need some advice converting Runeblade

Hello, I'm trying to convert the Runeblade class to HL Pathfinder and I need two advices :

- First : do you have any idea on how I can input the fact that any given rune can be cast only once per hour ?
I have transcripted the runes as spell and it works pretty well except for this.

- Second : Does Rune need a material component ? Ink or something like this ?

I'm not familiar with the Runeblade class. Could you describe what you expect to see in HL and more about how the ability works? At this point, I'm not sure how you've added or intend to add your rune abilities, and I don't know enough about the ability to advise you on the best course of action.
