Some MH questions

I had a Marksman promoted to hero in my Reiklander warband and created a
new group and checked the promoted button. This part works fine but the
validiation log show all my three henchmengroups as being promoted and
lacking an extra advanceclick as they have 4 exp.

Second is there a way to write out the weapons and armours full name and
not just its abbreviation?

If you mean to the right of the stats, no. There's not enough room.

Ok :) I initially had three henchmen groups, two marksmen groups and one
swordsmen group, then in the campaign one of the marksmen gets promoted to
hero. So I try to get this into the rooster and creates a new marksmen
unit, checks the promoted box and all is fine. The other henchmen groups
get more equipment and some more members. When I check the validation
report it states that all of my henchmen groups has been promoted and that
they must get a new advance. They have exp 4 which is one advance for
henchmen but two for heroes. I have looked at the henchmen unit but
promoted is not checked, its not even there .

Are you sure you're not mis... damn, I can't remember the word...
Misparsing (the best synonym I can think of) what the message says?
When you Promote a henchman, a message should appear saying "Ah ah ah!
Don't forget to give them two Skill categories!"

Could this explain it?

I'm seeing a similar error on my skaven roster. To duplicate this most
easily.
Create a skaven warband

Add an assassin adept

add a unit of verminkin with one member

add a unit of verminkin with one member

select one of the verminkin units and clock "Promotion!"

Look at the validation report and note that is says:

Not enough options of category 'Skill' are assigned to unit 'Verminkin' (min
2) - since type 'Promoted' is defined.
Not enough options of category 'Skill' are assigned to unit 'Verminkin' (min
2) - since type 'Promoted' is defined.

Add two skills to the verminkin that was promoted.

Look at the validation report and note that is says:

Not enough options of category 'Skill' are assigned to unit 'Verminkin' (min
2) - since type 'Promoted' is defined.

You get one copy of the "Not enough options" message for every unit of
verminkin that don't have two skills -- even for units which have not been
promoted.

Hmm. I'm using the v2 beta, and I don't get the problem. :(

I used '-when' instead of '-istype', or possibly vice versa. It'll be
fixed in the next version :)
